We will be holding a community-wide re-election for those who were appointed to the Board of Directors. This will ensure we have the correct number of seats and staggered term lengths. (2) open seats for a 2-year term, and (2) open seats for a 1-year term.
An electronic ballot will be sent during the Members Meeting to all homeowners (primary email addresses in the HOA directory) to allow floor nominations and will remain active for ~48 hours. These will be unique links to each HOA Member, so do not share them. We all have busy lives, and this will give everyone an opportunity to participate.
